Refund policy

Because SIP RIOT is a consumable food product, we can't accept returns of opened tubs for hygiene and safety reasons.

Unopened products: Return an unopened tub with its safety seal intact within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Contact us first for return instructions. Return shipping and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and there's no need to return the item.

Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or it says delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll make it right.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
